Refund policy
Because each Head Trip hat is one-of-a-kind and the rest of our products are produced in small batches, we’ve created a return policy that allows us to stay sustainable while continuing to create unique pieces. We operate as a small business with limited inventory, and each piece is thoughtfully created, not mass produced. Our return policy helps us keep our drops intentional and manageable, re-home pieces quickly, and continue creating without overproduction.
- Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To Initiate a Return: To start a return or exchange, email us at info@headtripshop.com with your order number and request a return authorization.
- Return Shipping Deadline: Item must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving an authorized return request. We will refuse the return if not shipped back in time.
- Email info@headtripshop.com with tracking number.
Please note all returns must be unworn, in original condition, and makeup-free for a refund. Pack the item in the packaging it arrived in if possible and we will inspect the item once we receive it. Refunds will be issued only after it passes inspection.
