Returns

Please note all returns must be unworn, in original condition, and makeup-free for a refund. Pack the hat in the packaging it arrived in and we will inspect the hat once we receive it. Refunds will be issued after inspection.

We have the right to refuse returns if worn or in poor condition. 

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
